Ken Davis
As the Owner of Salt Line Construction, LLC his dedication to details in all forms of construction is unmatched. Ken learned about residential construction and how to fix stuff at an early age. His interest in how things worked lead him to take courses on anything that grabbed his curiosity be it residential wiring, plumbing, HVAC, residential building codes, general business courses, the how-to’s of construction and owning a business.
From 1998 to 2012 he worked in the construction industry expanding his ability and diverse knowledge. He prides himself on being a hands-on contractor not a paper contractor, which allows him to be able to explain the building processes to our customers with accuracy and in-depth knowledge. In 2012 he became a Licensed Contractor and formed Salt Line Construction.
Ken’s life before construction included two enlistments in the United States Marine Corps. His son followed in his footsteps, enlisting in the Marine Corps upon graduating high school. Ken loves the outdoors if time allows. He is a devoted husband and a father of three.
Thomas Rinaldi
Tom joins our team as the Customer Liaison between you and the entire staff, available to answer questions and guide you through your entire building/renovation from beginning to end, enhancing your building experience with Salt Line Construction.
Tom has over 15 years of experience as a General Contractor and on-site superintendent for both new home construction and major home renovations. With his knowledge and experience, you will have the highest level of professional care and service at your disposal. He will be your primary point of contact as you move forward with your building process with Salt Line Construction.
Donnie Mattie
Donnie is Salt Line’s Superintendent, specializing in all aspects of the ground up construction process. We consider him Ken’s right hand, as the two of them started working together in 2003. Donnie knows the quality of workmanship expected by the customer. Donnie’s loyalty to Ken and the company is unsurpassed through the many years they’ve worked side by side.
Born and raised in the Low Country. Out of high school in 1997, Donnie started as an electrician's apprentice. After a few years, he became interested in framing, and joined a framing crew around 2000. He enjoyed working with wood, and over time he has gained knowledge and skill in the construction industry.
Brandon Petty
Brandon is Salt Line’s Jack of all Trades. He started working as a young teen, but it wasn’t until 2015 when he was part of a framing crew that he found his niche. Here at Salt Line Petty has found his working family, and he loves learning all the aspects of the construction industry thru the mentorship of Ken and Donnie. His motivation comes from working with a team which has integrity and produces quality structures. He is quickly perfecting his craft.
Brandon likes spending his free time restoring cars, playing the guitar and spending time with family.
Thomas Mills
Tommy is Salt Line's Interior Trim Specialist, specializing in trim carpentry, general interior carpentry, custom cabinetry and built-ins. His extensive experience in residential carpentry gives our customers the added unique touch they are looking for in a home.
Stacee Jo Miller
Stacee is Salt Line's Office Administrator, with experience in many different fields from painting to accounting she brings a easy going aspect to the office duties required for a company to function. Stacee is an Army Brat from Montana with a Beaufort native for a husband and a 10 year old daughter, it didn't take long to make Beaufort her forever home.
