This building had full restoration of its foundation, walls, electrical, plumbing, sewer, and entire back to studs remodel. This project was completed in March 2019 and reflects the historical integrity of the original structure. It is 1125 square-feet, with 2-bedrooms/2-bathrooms and the original storage shed is still intact at the back of the property. The owner contracted this remodel for resale, completed June 2019
